Shipping Policy

We aim to ship all orders as quickly as possible

When will my order ship? 

  • For local US customers, we are free shipping. For international customers other than the US, please consult Lotile Customer Service, the validity of the shipping address and shipping costs.
  • All orders are shipped out as soon as possible, usually by next day with real time tracking via "UPS"(United Parcel Service)/"USPS" (United States Postal Service).
  • "Lotile" does not make up shipping costs, shipping cost is calculated by the postal company based on weight and location. UPS/USPS is the most efficient and affordable option.
  • Please allow 1-3 business days for our warehouse to process your shipment (excludes weekends and holidays).
  • Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. As soon as your order ships you will receive an email confirmation with tracking to the email address you entered on your order. If for some reason, you did not receive an email after the following 5 business days of your order, please check your spam folder and add info@lotile.com to your safe sender list or email us the name and email you ordered under. Lotile is not responsible for any delays due to carrier constraints.

In a RUSH? TO ENSURE YOU GET ALL YOUR GOODS BEFORE THE WEEKEND, PLEASE PLACE YOUR ORDER BY TUESDAY 8am PACIFIC TIME. UNFORTUNATELY WE DO NOT OFFER A SATURDAY/SUNDAY
